The [webinar I recommended last month](/signals/2026-09-10-zephyr-remote-debugging-webinar/) is now on YouTube. [Mohammed Billoo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mab-embedded/) of MAB Labs and Jan Kučera, co-founder of [Spotflow](https://spotflow.io), where I work, take a Zephyr device from first boot to a crash and on to the fix, without touching the device.

They connect a Nordic nRF7002 DK over Wi-Fi and send its logs and metrics to Spotflow, then crash it on purpose with a button press. After the reboot, the core dump reaches the cloud, the stack trace is decoded with the firmware's ELF file, and an AI analysis names the root cause and suggests a fix.

Along the way they change a device's log level without reflashing it, build dashboards from custom metrics, and set up alert rules. The Q&A at the end covers adding Spotflow to an existing west manifest. The video runs just over an hour and has chapters, so you can jump straight to the live crash at 54:50.
